Exclusive | Meet the five worst subway offenders in NYC –

They are the Big Apple's worst transit terrorist attacks.

The five worst metro career criminals in five districts have a whopping 590 busts between them, including over 100 arrests for violent felony such as robbery and rape.

The five repeat offenders were one of hundreds of transit terrorists that concluded under the “quality of life” pilot program in the NYPD Transit districts of Brooklyn and Queens, with three offenders currently behind the bar.

“It is encouraging to be able to prove that proper enforcement of the law can shock and indeed be known, wanted, and dangerous people can be put out of the subway system on the streets,” said a law enforcement source.

NYPD Brass has launched pilots in Queens' Transit District 20 and Brooklyn's Transit District 34 to help the initiative pay a prompt dividend, according to statistics reviewed in the Post.

The pilot program has New York's finest revived old school policing by questioning Strafangers who committed quality of life crimes, such as smoking and carrying weapons on the subway.

I know that past officers usually only expel small criminals from subway stations and usually walk under the state's neglected crimal judicial reforms, but now they're seeking IDs.

As a result, police statistics show that officers are plaguing hundreds of suspects for more serious crimes, including dozens of people sought in unsolved criminal warrants.

Since the initiative began in District 20 on January 18 and District 34 on February 17, police have issued summons to 671 criminals and arrested 313 on more serious criminal charges.

“It's not always a hammer, it's not always a feather,” the source said. “But when you get more than 100 arrests and a man among known gangs, you'll see the feeling that perhaps reasonable people will ultimately have a high level of enforcement.”

Among the infamous career criminals featured in new efforts was Robert Davis, 56, who was arrested 129 times in the past.

Davis, a well-reputed member of the Latin Kings on Rikers Island on $3,000 bail, was stopped when officers found him between cars on Queens Boulevard.

Jorge Molina, 36, has 128 arrests under his belt – 60 for felony crimes, including 52 robbery busts. Molina is currently behind the bar on $7,500 bail, according to Amendment Division records.

Also, the arrested was Kenny Mitchell, a career criminal with 116 arrests, mainly due to the low crimes.

Mitchell, the youngest of the five, 28 years old, is at Riker on $5,000 bail.

The other two, William Watts and Pablo Colon, remain free without bail despite a string of prior arrests.

Watts, 57, has 114 pre-arrests, including three for robbery and two for assault, records show.

Colon, a 56-year-old re-offender, has made 103 arrests on record, including 16 felony charges for robbery, robbery, assault and massive theft.

The transport initiative came last week on the eve of Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch's new “Quality of Life” division to round out offensive panhandlers, outdoor drug use and street and subway vagrants.

The division will be finalised in the coming months, Tish said.
