Exclusive — MTG Demands Willis Resign: ‘Having Sex’ with Prosecutor

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) told Breitbart News in a phone interview that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will resign after admitting to having an affair with Trump’s top prosecutor. He told us exclusively that he should.

In a court filing Friday, Willis acknowledged his relationship with Nathan Wade, the man appointed to prosecute former President Donald Trump, but denied that the relationship interfered with the case. Until Friday, Willis did not admit to the affair or deny the impact his extramarital affair had on the case.

“Absolutely she should resign,” Greene told Breitbart News. “She should be absolutely ashamed of herself.”

Mr. Trump and co-defendant Mike Roman have accused Mr. Willis and Mr. Wade of the following corruption charges:

  1. maintain an inappropriate romantic relationship
  2. enriching one’s pockets through tax-funded prosecutions
  3. Meeting with Biden administration officials before indictment of Trump and co-defendants

“There’s a lot of evidence coming out. I’d love to see a criminal investigation. That’s what should happen here in the state of Georgia against Fani Willis,” Green said. “That’s why I called on Governor Kemp and Attorney General Chris Carr to open a criminal investigation.”

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) has refused to open a criminal investigation into Willis, saying in January that the investigation should go through a House committee, which the Georgia Legislature then created. There is also a Georgia Senate investigation into Willis and a Congressional investigation led by Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio).

Green said the investigation into Willis should focus on his relationship with Wade because of a conflict of interest. Greene said Wade had sex with Willis in order to win a contract from Fulton County to help Willis prosecute Trump, a prosecution that Trump and his co-defendants benefited from. he claimed.

“Because Nathan Wade contracted with Fulton County to have Willis have sex in order to be hired as a prosecutor, he never registered as a lobbyist. He never filed any of that paperwork,” she said. Ta. “The reason I filed the ethics complaint against him was because Willis acknowledged that he had a relationship that should take the investigation into Nathan Wade to another level.”

Willis is up for re-election in 2024, and county voters have the power to remove him following corruption allegations. Greene said Willis could lose reelection in the same way that former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms won reelection in the 2022 election.

“Please don’t exclude them,” Green said of Fulton County voters. “They were fed up with her former mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms, and they were fed up with her. Do you want to know why they were fed up with her?” Green asked. “They were tired of her because she was against the police. And she was allowing this to go back to 2020.”
