A prominent Catholic exorcist has penned a special prayer for the 2024 general election to the Virgin Mary as America's patron saint, asking voters to receive the grace to choose the right leaders and stop the “descent towards Communism.”

He spoke solemnly, saying the stakes were no less than a spiritual battle between good and evil.
Lipperger said invoking the Virgin Mary as the most powerful intercessor can provide the grace to keep evil at bay and help people truly understand how dire the political situation in America has become. There may not be another chance to pull America back from the brink of tyranny, he said.
“God prepared her as an antidote to some of the problems that we really have,” Lipperger told Grace Force co-hosts Father Richard Heilman and Doug Barry.
“They are fighting to maintain immorality.”
“The dedication was held just to hand it over to the Virgin Mary, because only she can make it happen,” Lipperger said. “Our country is very foolish in all its decisions and actions. It is not governed by any sense of wisdom. We have to be ready to recognize that.”
It acknowledges society's need for the divine help of Mary's beloved Son, Jesus Christ, and invokes Mary's special relationship with Christ, Queen of heaven and earth. By reciting this prayer, and the Rosary, we ask for God's grace to recognize and combat the rise of evil.

The prayer goes like this:
O Virgin Mary Immaculate, Living Tabernacle of God, Wherein Eternal Wisdom is Worshipped and Served by Angels and Men, Queen of Heaven and Earth over whom all things less than God reign, Patroness of the United States of America, Sorrowful and mindful of our own sinfulness and the sins of our nation, You are our refuge and our hope.
Knowing that our nation cannot be saved by our own works, and mindful of how far we have strayed from the teachings of Your Son, we humbly ask that You would open your eyes to our nation and convert it. We dedicate to Your Son the upcoming elections and the integrity of their results that we may accomplish what is spiritually and morally best for our people, and that all those elected will govern according to spiritual and moral principles and conform our nation to the teachings of Your Son.
Grant the grace to the people of this country that they may choose their leaders according to the Sacred Heart of your Son, and that we may be given worthy leaders, so that your glory may be revealed. Trusting in the providence of God the Father and in your maternal care, I am fully sure that you will look after us and will not abandon us. Virgin Mary Immaculate, pray for us. Amen.
Lipperger said he was inspired to write the prayer after taking a step back, as he sometimes does during exorcisms.
“We're in the middle of the battle, but sometimes you have to sit back and look at the bigger picture and see what's really going on,” Lipperger said. “So I'm doing the same thing with the election.”
Lipperger said one side of this battle is literally fighting for immorality.
“What I began to realize is that when you hear what certain sides of the battle, or the political spectrum, are fighting for, they're fighting to maintain their own immorality,” he said. “This isn't just an actual battle over good and evil, it's a battle that the evil side is fighting, fighting to be able to hide and maintain the evil in their lives and activities so that no one else can step in and prevent it or stop it in the process.”
Father Lipperger is head of the Colorado-based Congregation of Most Sorrowful Mothers (also known as Father Doloran) and specializes in ministering to those in spiritual distress. He is also a theologian, Thomistic philosopher, exorcist, spiritual warfare expert, and popular speaker whose talks receive millions of views on social media.
“They don't hold themselves to any kind of moral standard.”
In today's society, the devil is trying to push immorality and evil as fast and as far as he can, Lipperger said.
“And now some people feel they have an advantage and are furthering this trend,” he said.
Lipperger said dedicating the election to the Virgin Mary would keep demons away so they could not influence the election and would place the election results under the Virgin Mary's protection.
“Without her protection, our country is finished,” he said. “That means we simply can't afford to elect the right person, we simply can't afford to elect the person we expect to be elected.”
Lipperger said the 2024 general election “will probably be the most consequential election we will ever experience.”
“What is being proposed for our country's future is actually not only deeply contrary to the history, identity and spirit of this country, but also contrary to the common good in every respect,” he said.
He said that those who promote evil have no moral compass, follow no rules other than perhaps Saul Alinsky's “Rules for Radicals,” and “answer” challenges with sophistry without addressing the real issues.

“They don't hold themselves to any kind of moral standard, whether they're telling the truth, being duplicitous, being hypocritical or outright lying,” Lipperger said.
America is already in danger because freedom of speech and the free exchange of ideas are already suppressed. Those who promote the communist agenda do not want their people to learn to think for themselves and ultimately impose their will by force.
“We're in a spiritual battle over this because there's so much pressure,” he said. “This country is totally different than it was when Father Heilmann and I were growing up. It's turned 180 degrees from when we were growing up, and that's because this country has been leaning toward communism for quite some time now.”
Lipperger said history supports the assertion that you can vote into communism or socialism, but you have to fight or shoot your way out of it.
Because Communists have abandoned reason and natural law, “it is impossible to argue rationally with them.”
“You can't coexist with them because they're like demons. They're always trying to invade and take over everything,” Lipperger said. “And unfortunately, in the end, the only way you can get rid of them is by force.”
“Let me put it this way. Once upon a time, [communists] “It's like they gained power and then slowly got voted out of power,” Lipperger said. “That's never going to happen.”
Lipperger said voters going into the 2024 election need to understand the theological principle of the lesser evil.
Lipperger said voters upset with former President Donald J. Trump taking what some see as a pro-abortion stance and softening his previous comments on moral issues in the 2024 election should turn to the writings of St. Thomas Aquinas and Pope John Paul II to understand the issues.
“That's where people don't get it right. They say, 'You're still voting for evil.' Actually, no, morally, that's not the case,” Lipperger said.
Saint Thomas wrote: The Praetor's Intention, Or “it's not what you intended,” Lipperger said.
“What you're doing is not voting for evil against evil. Strictly speaking, what you're doing is voting to protect the good that would be lost if you didn't vote or if you voted for a more evil person,” Lipperger said.
Lipperger said the church teaches that because Americans have the right to vote, they have an obligation to vote for the common good and to preserve that good to the best of their ability.
“It seems to me that in the next election we actually have an obligation to vote for the lesser of two evils in order to protect the good that would be lost,” he said. “This is my personal view.”
“I know others are in a different position, but it seems to me that we are partly to blame if we don't vote to mitigate the evil,” he said.
