The F1 Academy continues to expand.
At the end of last year, it was announced that the driver field would be expanded to three times and the grid would be increased to 18. Hitech Grand Prix joined the All-Women's Series as the sixth team on the grid, manipulating two full-time drivers and a third “wildcard” sheet.
Currently, the series has announced that Tag Heuer is taking part in both the official partner of the F1 Academy and the first official timekeeper in the series' history. As part of this partnership, Tag Heuer designed one of Hitech's livers. This will be promoted by 17-year-old Aiva Anagnostiadis, who will be joining the series as a newcomer this year. The Australian started Kurt at the age of six and drove him to the F4 Indian Championship.
According to the announcement, the Tag Heuer and lace suits feature the brand's red, white and black colors. The engine cover of Anagnostiadis's car contains the phrase “Not Man's World Not Man's World,” highlighting “the brand's commitment to defending and empowering women's talent.”
Susie Wolff, managing director of the F1 Academy, welcomed the announcement.
“We are proud to welcome Tag Heuer as the official partner of the Formula One Academy since 2025 and the first official timekeeper. This partnership reflects our joint commitment to strengthening women's talent and our desire to accelerate change in our sport.
The 2025 F1 Academy season will begin next month with China's Grand Prix.
