Of course, there’s a big difference between besting the defending three-time over one circuit and doing likewise over 66, but it’s a start, and though the sense remains that Verstappen will again lift the title at the season’s end, this is more intrigue than we’ve had in a while and who knows, perhaps it’s the start of something.

Because Norris – who began the day evacuating McLaren’s motorhome, shoeless, following a fire – really believes he can do something, not just today but in the future. For now, though, he’ll settle for a race win – but will know the hard work is only just beginning.

Important Events
So Barcelona. Of course, any city with a beach and consistent warmth is a high point, but this city is not one of my favorites. There is room for improvement.
Earlier today we got to hear a version of the Sade classic “Smooth Operator.” Not sure if this is the cause but we are doing the best with the materials we have at hand.
Verstappen says he always wants to start first. However, the distance to the first corner and the overall race are long, so the outcome is not decided at the first corner.
George Russell won’t reveal Mercedes team tactics Meanwhile, Christian Horner believes that all the cars are so close together that anything can happen, and with increased competition everyone is under pressure and attention to detail is key, but Verstappen is pushing hard.
But in this version, Despite the excellent string quartet, the chorus doesn’t build up as much as I would have liked.
Sainz told Sky he would be aiming for the podium, using an umbrella as protection from the sun. I’m almost ready to listen to Marcha Real. Marcha Real is one of four national songs sung in three countries – Bosnia and Herzegovina, San Marino and Kosovo – and it has no lyrics. But it’s a very nice song.
On the other hand, Gerard Pique Wearing a beige outfit with a knitted sweater over it, I don’t know who will win. I will let you know as soon as there is new news. Unfortunately, there are no funny snaps.
Flavio Briatore, the stylish bespectacled man who now works for Alpine, is in high spirits. He intends to do “whatever it takes to make the team competitive,” but has been asked to be specific, requesting instead to be given the opportunity to work it out.
It’s continuing again…
There is a lot of excitement in the audience. The orange-clad crowd is jumping up and down. The atmosphere is getting lively…
It has nothing to do with F1, but it has everything to do with everything. My eyeballs are sweating. Look.

Four different drivers have won pole position in the last four races. This could be a sign that Red Bull and Max Verstappen are working their way back into the pack, and while it would still take something surprising to stop them from winning a fourth consecutive title, this season is already more entertaining than last for that reason.

It seems that the wind is getting stronger. That makes the start even more important than usual, but if Norris can get out of the first corner in the lead he will be able to hang on.

preamble
Hello everyone and welcome to the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix!
And what a race this promises to be! Lando Norris will start from pole position for the second time in his career, with a near-perfect final lap and what he described as “beautiful” as he lined up alongside him on the front row, Max Verstappen.
Of course, there’s a big difference between beating the defending champions three times in a row at one circuit and doing the same over 66 laps, but it’s a start and although the impression remains that Verstappen will win the title again at the end of the season, this is more intriguing than we’ve felt for a while and maybe this is the start of something.
Because Norris, who started his day shoeless evacuating his McLaren camper after a fire, truly believes he can do more, not just today but in the future, and while he’ll be happy with a race win for now, he knows the hard work is only just beginning.
