Incredibly, Zack pulled it off and somehow avoided blowing up his FanDuel account.
“It's amazing that I literally had 35 cents left in my account and then dreamed about last night's game and that was the score,” Zach wrote to X.
At +29000, your bet won $101.85.
Of course, the stake had to be paid perfectly.
With the teams trailing 21-21 at halftime, it appeared that bets were off.
But a relatively low-scoring second half kept Zach's hopes alive.
Down 37-31 with 15 seconds left, Texas was able to win the game in four plays and beat Zack's big bet.
But after one completion and three incomplete passes, Washington won, held the score, and cashed in perhaps one of the luckiest accurate score bets of 2024.
