A lawsuit filed Monday by Michael Roman, one of President Trump's former campaign staffers, accused Willis and special counsel Nathan Wade of having a relationship that went beyond their professional duties in a bombshell.

The filing states that the two had an “inappropriate and confidential personal relationship during the pendency of this case.”

Mr. Roman claimed that both parties “personally benefited” from the relationship, as Mr. Wade was paid $654,000 for his role in assisting the office in prosecuting Mr. Trump.

The motion also added that the money he earned was used to pay for a lavish vacation with Willis.

“Information obtained outside of court filings indicates that the district attorney and special prosecutor have personally traveled to places such as Napa Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean, and that the special prosecutor has traveled on Norwegian for them.'' It is shown that he purchased tickets to travel to both Royal Caribbean cruise lines. Traveling together to places like Washington, D.C. and New York City may make sense for work purposes, given other pending lawsuits, but traveling to this traditional vacation destination Is there a purpose for work that can only be fulfilled by doing so?'' Questions arose about the contents of the declaration.

The filing also said there was “no substantive evidence” that Mr. Willis had approval for a large salary allocated as compensation for his work on Mr. Wade's case.

Pallavi Bailey, a spokeswoman for Mr. Willis, said the prosecutor's office would respond to the allegations “through appropriate court filings.”

Roman is one of 18 co-defendants being indicted by Willis. She alleges that Trump and 18 others participated in an alleged massive conspiracy to “forcibly retain the presidency” after Democrat Joe Biden was named the winner. There is.
