In one snapshot, Sims is seen rocking a purple bikini adorned with pink flowers. She accessorized with stylish sunglasses, a pink necklace, a gold chain, and a few rings. Another photo features her wearing a sun hat, with images showing her lounging at the beach and a video of a golden retriever splashing around in the shallow water.

Additional photos depict Sims in a silk orange dress at what looks like a backyard gathering with friends. Her followers couldn’t help but compliment her in the comments, with one saying, “Nothing is more gorgeous and beautiful than you, my sweet Molly!”

Back in November 2024, Sims talked to Fox News Digital about her wellness routine, emphasizing the importance of preparing for success. She mentioned that her daily diet focuses on protein, saving carbs for nighttime.

She also advised against going to parties or family gatherings on an empty stomach, but she noted that indulgence isn’t a big worry: “One bad night, two bad nights don’t add on pounds,” she said. “Just a little bit here and there.” This casual approach seems very relatable.

Sims has previously opened up about her challenging relationship with food during her modeling career. In an appearance on the “Grilling at Curtis Stone” podcast in April 2024, she shared that she often felt criticized for her body shape and size. Despite having family support, it was a tough journey, and she recalled feeling so restricted at times that it didn’t allow for a healthy relationship with food.

She observed, “I wouldn’t say I was starving myself, but I barely ate.” Reflecting on her modeling journey, she mentioned the pressure to maintain a certain image could be intense, but she feels fortunate to have come through it. “You don’t really know what you know until you know,” she added, hinting at her growth and understanding over the years.
