FBI hunts terror cell in New Orleans after Shamsud Din Jabbar ramming attack as 3 men, 1 woman seen planting IEDs around city

The terrorist carrying the ISIS flag who killed at least 10 people and injured dozens on Bourbon Street in New Orleans was assisted by at least two other people, federal authorities say.

Surveillance video from the French Quarter shows three men and a woman planting explosives at multiple locations, according to a federal alert sent to police departments across the country.

Law enforcement sources told the Post that authorities are currently investigating whether the attack was linked to an international terrorist organization.

The FBI appeared to downplay the threat in a Wednesday afternoon briefing, saying only that Shamsud Din Jabar was not “solely responsible” for the massacre.


FBI agents are investigating a scene at Orleans Street and Bourbon Street near St. Louis Cathedral in the French Quarter after a truck incident and suspicious package explosion.
