Maryland District Judge Theodore Chuan is trying to make Elon Musk's government efficiency less efficient to cut down the wasteful spending of USAID, so activist judges are stepping up attacks on the Trump administration.
Chuan has ordered the Trump administration to halt the dismantling of USAID and argued that efforts to close it are likely to violate the constitution. He went on to say that this action will also harm the public interest as it will take not only plaintiffs but also the authority of Parliament from the elected representatives of Parliament from the representatives of Parliament and determine when, when and how the institutions created by Parliament are to be closed.
Chuan also argued that “the court found the defendant's actions taken to close USAID on an accelerated basis, including an obvious decision to permanently close USAID headquarters without the approval of a duly appointed USAID officer, but perhaps violated the US Constitution in multiple ways.”

“This is so crazy for me.” Sarah Gonzalez “Saragonzales has not been filtered.” “The length of these Obama-appointed judges, most of the time, they are appointed Obama, will try to prevent Presidents Trump and Elon, whom they call “first companions.”
“It's 100% of the public interest and I don't think they want it to happen,” she adds.
blazetv Contributor Jaco Booyens couldn't agree any further, but I think it's a good thing that people like Chuang are making their point.
“They show you who to get rid of. It's just as easy as that. I want a lot of them to put it out, I want a lot of them to be activists and I want to speak up about it. They need to be fired or replaced.
