Fergie recently took to Instagram to celebrate her son Axl’s birthday, sharing a rare glimpse of him. The post included a few photos and videos, featuring moments of Axl enjoying a Dodgers game in Los Angeles and some time playing football, kind of showcasing his fun side.
“Axl Jack, The Preteen. 🥹🥹,” she captioned the post, expressing how proud she is of his independence and character.
“I feel really lucky to be your mom,” she added. “Happy 12th birthday, punk!”
Fans chimed in on the post, commenting on how much Axl has grown. One noted, “He’s so handsome. These kids are growing up!!!” while another remarked, “Happy birthday Axl! The coolest kid with the coolest hair!!!”

Fergie was married to Josh Duhamel from 2009 to 2019, and they welcomed Axl in 2013. Following their split, Duhamel married Audra Mari, with whom he now has a young son named Lawrence.
Fergie seems deeply devoted to her son but hasn’t ruled out the possibility of expanding her family someday. Reflecting on this, she mentioned, “You never know. I’ll never say never,” during a panel in 2018.
She affectionately refers to Axl as her “little panky pie,” showing her loving side as a mom.
In a recent interview, Duhamel shared that co-parenting with Fergie has been smooth. “We both have the same priorities, and that’s raising a good son,” he stated, emphasizing their shared goals for Axl’s upbringing.
