Surveillance camera footage captured the moment a helicopter crashed into a radio tower and burst into flames in Houston on Monday as federal authorities tried to determine the cause of the deadly crash.

The Houston Fire Department told Fox News Digital that a helicopter carrying four people, including a child, crashed from the sky Sunday night, but there was no sign of survivors.

“A Robinson R44 helicopter crashed after colliding with a radio tower in Houston, Texas, on Sunday, October 20, at approximately 8:00 p.m. local time, with four people on board,” the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said in a statement to Fox News Digital. said. “The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.”
