“Tailgating, drinking, guns. You don't mix those things,” White told the outlet. “It's ridiculous. If you're going to fight, fight.”
“Everybody should have a gun. Guns make you stronger. And now two people have been shot, one is dead and the other suspect will likely face felony murder charges.”
White said when the two men in the brawl got into a fighting position, the suspect pulled a gun and fired at least two shots, fatally wounding one man and sending the other to the hospital.

White said officers who were in the area for the match responded to the scene and quickly arrested the suspect.
“A large brawl broke out and broke up a few minutes later,” White said. “They reconvened a few feet away from where the initial brawl began.”
“The two combatants raised their hands as if they were going to fight each other… One of the combatants, a man from Oak Park, pulled out a gun and fired at least two shots. Two people were shot.”
Police said they recovered two weapons from the scene. FOX 2 Detroit.

It's unclear what issue led to the fight — White cited a “lack of conflict resolution” — and the suspect had a gun licence.
