Senate majority leader John Tune I said Organizers of Thursday's ruthless podcast say his decision to lift the bill for vote is an attempt to codify President Donald Trump. Presidential Order (EO) enacts a categorical ban on transgender athletes to participate in sports for girls and women.
“This is issue 80/20,” Thune said, calling the protection of women's sports the idea of ”common sense.” “Unfortunately, it's a shame that it needs to be codified, but we're going to make sure that the President's EO can withstand over time and that the way in which it does it will bring Congress to action.”
“In recent years, many educational institutions and athletic associations have allowed men to compete in women's sports,” Trump wrote in an executive order entitled “Stop men from women's sports.”
“This is mean, unfair and dangerous for women and girls, and denies equal opportunities that allow women and girls to participate in competitive sports and excel in equal opportunities,” the president added.
Seven Senate Democrats need to vote “yes” by invoking coagulation to advance the bill to vote on a final passage. Despite eight out of ten Americans opposed to the participation of athletes identifying transgender into sports for girls and women, including the majority of Democrats voters, the Women's Sports Bill could die in the Senate due to Democratic opposition.
Tuberville's bill interprets Title IX to withhold federal funds from schools that would prohibit biological men from participating in female and female sports and allow trans athletes to participate in female sports. The Biden administration's attempt to rewrite Title IX to include gender identities that would have opened up girls and women's sports to transgender athletes was ultimately blocked by a federal court judge.
Forced to compete with men who identify as women and share locker rooms, female athletes are committed to keeping Senate Democrats accountable. Many of these athletes require Democrats to protect Title IX and fair play in women's sports and reject left-wing gender ideology.

But forgetting basic humanity not only affects athletes, it also harms everyone on their members.”
“They will choose to stand with the majority of Democrats and Americans who believe in fairness, or to meet this radical ideology that ignores common sense and biological reality,” Kaitlynn Wheeler, ambassador at the Riley Gaines Center and former NCAA swimmer, told DCNF.

Female athletes require Senate Democrats who claim to support women's rights to get caught up in action by voting to protect girls and women's sports
“If Senate Democrats really shorten women's rights, there shouldn't be a problem voting 'yes' on a bill that guarantees fairness, safety and dignity for female athletes,” Wheeler told DCNF. “What more than full support for this bill is betrayal for me and the women and girls I claim to represent.”
“No matter what happens, I don't think this fight is over,” Wheeler continued. “we [will] Work with lawmakers, athletes and parents to ensure that Title IX is supported and women's sports remain fair and protected. ”
