Fish oil supplement can add this many years to your life

Despite appearances, there's nothing shady about this health advice.

When it comes to living longer, New York City doctors Dr. Michael Aziz He has a number of supplements that he recommends to his patients, but adding just one can add more than four years to your life.

Aziz says fish oil can help address health concerns such as fighting inflammation, increasing good cholesterol levels, preventing plaque formation in arteries and reducing liver fat.

He pointed out that polyunsaturated fatty acids can also help give you glowing skin, as they are believed to reduce inflammation and keep skin moisturized.
