Murkowski voted against the confirmation of former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Betella and did not vote for former Labor Secretary Marty Walsh.
She voted in favor of Biden's Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

The Alaska senator is facing a barrage of attacks from supporters of President Donald Trump over his opposition to his nominee to lead Pentagon Secretary Pete Hegseth.
“I commend Pete Hegseth's service to our country, which includes leading our troops in combat and advocating for our veterans. However, these accomplishments weigh heavily on my nomination. It does not alleviate our concerns,” Murkowski said in a lengthy statement posted on X this week.
She cited his lack of relevant experience with Pentagon policy, allegations that he mismanaged two veterans organizations he previously led, and allegations of sexual assault and excessive drinking that Hegseth denied. expressed concern about.
“Although the allegations of sexual assault and excessive drinking do nothing to calm my concerns, Mr. Hegseth has demonstrated the impossible judgment of those who lead our military, including infidelity on multiple occasions. “It shows a lack of it,” Murkowski wrote.
