Florida Airbnb Host Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Family Resort

A man from Florida was arrested recently after being accused of inappropriate behavior in a family resort community close to Walt Disney World. Kevin Dale Westerhold, 51, was taken into custody following reports of a half-naked individual acting inappropriately at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, as stated by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.

The police were initially called to Grassendale Street on January 22, responding to a resident’s complaint about a man exposing himself in front of a property. Witnesses shared their accounts, along with cellphone recordings, that showed the man engaging in indecent acts.

According to local sources like WFTV9 and WKMG, the footage allegedly depicts Westerhold involved in an explicit act with a vacuum cleaner. It’s unsettling, to say the least, to think such incidents can occur in a family setting.

After the initial report, authorities found that Westerhold was listed as an Airbnb host in the area, raising further concerns.

There was also a report from January 21 regarding a naked man seen in a common hallway, and police were able to acquire some Ring camera footage of that incident. Additional complaints from residents indicated similar behavior had been reported previously.

Westerhold was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and booked into the Seminole County Jail. The sheriff’s office is encouraging anyone with further information to reach out to them. Windsor Hills Resort, where the events took place, is known as a quiet vacation rental community, just a stone’s throw from Disney.
