According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, the principal of Florida Middle School rubbed his leg while students made inappropriate comments against him.
Dr. Keiba Lark, 53, is an assistant principal at Lake Marion Creek Middle School in Poinciana, and was charged with shewd/lascivious conduct and indecent conduct by officials against a student after the school's principal reported the incident to the sheriff's office on April 4th.
The victim, a 13-year-old male student, was allegedly sent to Lark's office after throwing a ball-up paper into the classroom during the test.
While in her office, Lark told her to rub her feet as he had nothing to do with his hands, the two witnesses and the victim told the sheriff's office. She is said to have then removed her shoes and placed her feet on the boy's lap.

While he rubbed his legs she was told he scolded him for not doing it right and showed him on his arms and shoulders how he should do it.
The Sheriff's Office said that one of Lark's colleagues heard her say, “I'll rub her legs like he loves her,” and another witness is said to have heard her tell him he wants to do this.
One witness told detectives a few days later that Lark told her “the incident with the student had 'crossed the line'.

While conducting a forensic interview with the victim, he told authorities that Lark called him “sexy chocolate” in the school hallway.
“Dr. Lark initially told detectives that this was a joke and that she was just trying to humble the victim. It's completely inappropriate for a 53-year-old woman to talk like this with a middle school boy. This is even worse, given her assistant principal and student,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.

The Sheriff's Office said it admitted that Lark acted inappropriately for her occupation but did not say anything inappropriate to the victim.

The Polk County Board of Education and Florida Department of Children and Families were notified of the incident and Lark was placed on administrative leave.
“This is an abominable behavior for students, especially those who work among administrators. This person does not have business around children. We praise the school principal for reporting this incident immediately.
