A Florida corrections officer was arrested after a man filed a 911 complaint about receiving a traffic ticket for repeatedly honking his horn to “speed up” while driving.

The deputy asked Morse to hang up the phone, but he refused and said he didn’t believe he deserved to be charged, according to the sheriff’s office.

A deputy then grabbed Morse’s arms and tried to remove him from the vehicle, but Morse pulled away and resisted arrest, the sheriff’s office said.

Morse was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of 911 and resisting arrest, according to the sheriff’s office.
