A Florida woman tried to buy fentanyl but made a small mistake that led to her arrest, police said.
Octavia Wells, 41, allegedly thought she was texting one of her contacts to buy drugs before leaving town to go to rehab.

Wells reportedly told PJ that “just a few points” were needed, referring to one-tenth of a gram of fentanyl.
What Wells didn't know was that she contacted Steven Pettyjohn, a Bay County Sheriff's Office deputy and narcotics detective, not a drug dealer.
Pettyjohn allegedly played around pretending to be a drug dealer.

Mr. Wells is scheduled to appear in court on January 30th.
