Florida TikToker who killed 6 people avoids 55-year prison sentence

Three years ago, a 17-year-old Florida TikToker who posted a video of himself racing an expensive BMW sports car crashed into the back of a small SUV at more than 150 miles per hour, causing six farm workers to leave their shifts. A person died.

The crash in Palm Beach County was one of the deadliest traffic accidents in the county, according to local news reports.

On Monday, Noah Galle, now 20, was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison after pleading guilty to six counts of vehicular homicide and agreeing to a plea deal with prosecutors.

According to the Palm Beach Post, Gall, the son of prominent local attorney Craig Gall, prepared a statement of remorse that was read aloud by defense attorney Liz Parker, a former traffic homicide prosecutor.

The agreement meant that Mr. Gall avoided a trial that could have resulted in a minimum sentence of 55 years and a maximum of 90 years in prison, but unless the defendant had a significant criminal record, the court would consider each charge consecutive. Penalties are rarely imposed. A spokesperson for West Palm Beach Chief Assistant State Attorney Al Johnson told FOX News Digital.

Prime Minister Johnson said the deal was fair and had the support of the victims' families.

“This is serious punishment. What is the appropriate sentence in such a tragic case?” Johnson told FOX News Digital via a statement.

“No amount of time in prison can bring the victim back to his family. The family has written to us that they did not oppose this plea. Some didn't want to go at all. Some wanted us to drop the case altogether.”

Mr Johnson said it was important that Mr Cull was 17 years old at the time of the crime and had no previous contact with the law.

“We feel this is an appropriate solution.”

Prosecutors say Gall was driving a BMW M5 at speeds of 151 miles per hour on State Route 7 near Delray Beach on January 27, 2022, at around 11 p.m., when six people were inside. I crashed into an SUV. The speed limit on that road is 55 miles per hour.

“In Florida, sentencing for vehicular homicide cases ranges widely depending on the unique circumstances of each case,” Waite told FOX News Digital.

“Twelve years in prison is within that range. When a plea like this one resolves a case, prosecutors and defense attorneys work together to balance accountability and fairness. Sometimes plea deals are reached that seem lenient but are consistent with the specific facts of the case and how past cases have been resolved.

Meanwhile, Gol did not comment as he left the courtroom, WPEC reported. He was flanked by his father and his lawyer as he entered and exited the courtroom.

According to WPEC, he must serve at least 85% of his sentence, and his sentence will be followed by seven years of probation. His driver's license was also revoked for three years.

Gall agreed to turn himself in on February 3.

As part of his sentence, Gaul will be required to post a video on social media sharing his story and promoting the importance of safe driving, the Palm Beach Post reported. They must also perform 800 hours of community service, complete a 12-hour driving course, and attend a panel discussion where accident victims share their stories about how their injuries have impacted their lives.
