The shocking video captured the moment when the wingstop manager allegedly threw hot grease on two customers during a chaotic collision inside a fast food joint in Florida.
Security footage from inside a Port St. Lucie restaurant on January 28 showed Carnael Irene, an incensed manager, behind a pickup counter discussing with a female patron.
At one point in the warm skirmish, Irene repeatedly surged ranch dressing in pairs while another employee struggled to hold her down, the video shows.
Afterwards, Irene disappeared and a few seconds later returned in a metal container of cooking oil that she fired in the duo, the customer threw lots of straws on the counter, footage shows.
The furious boss could be seen pushing his colleagues out of the kitchen just before he could raise the oil splashed up on the restaurant floor.
According to the Port St. Lush Police Department, 19-year-old Irene was arrested after police responded to the restaurant and discovered that two patrons appeared to have burns on their skin. CBS 12 News reported.
One of the victims was a minor, police said.
The unstable manager later admitted to the police. She called the patrons loud, destructive, verbally abusive and broke her, according to an affidavit obtained by the outlet.
She was charged with worsening child abuse and worsening battery.
It remains unclear whether Irene is still employed there.
Wingstop did not respond immediately to requests to post comments.
