A Florida woman was arrested over the weekend after she allegedly threw a burrito and a soft-shell taco at her husband during an argument over his birthday meal, police said.
St. Petersburg police said 34-year-old Esha Persad is facing domestic violence charges in the assault at the fast-food restaurant, which happened just after midnight Saturday. FOX Orlando report.

According to a police affidavit, Persad and her husband of five years got into an argument after she bought him food from Taco Bell and McDonald’s for his birthday.
She allegedly threw a burrito and a soft taco shell at the man, and the burrito was still in the man’s face when officers arrived at the home, the news station reported.

Her husband was not injured. Persad claimed that her husband had thrown the bag at her, which she then threw the burrito at, but he denied it.
She was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and released the same day, according to jail records.
