Foo Fighters lead singer Dave Grohl revealed on Tuesday that he has fathered a daughter outside of marriage.
“I recently became a father to a daughter born out of wedlock,” he shared on social media.
“I try to be a loving and supportive parent to her.”

A representative for Grohl did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

He continued, “I love my wife and children and am doing all I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

Grohl and his wife, Jordyn Blum, were recently spotted attending a tennis match together at Wimbledon over the summer, where the couple sat in the royal box alongside David Beckham.

According to The Guardian, Grohl was first married to photographer Jennifer Lee Youngblood in 1994, but divorced three years later amid allegations of infidelity.
He met former model Jordyn Blum in 2001 and married her two years later in 2003.

The couple have three daughters, Violet, Harper and Ophelia.
Bloom is credited as co-director of the Foo Fighters' 2002 music video “Walking a Line,” which includes footage from the rock band's tour.
