Food and drink options for the Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium

While football takes center stage at this Sunday’s Super Bowl, the real highlight might just be the food.

Super Bowl 60 is set to take place in Santa Clara, a place known for its culinary passion, but the NFL has opted for something beyond the ordinary.

This isn’t just another bland stadium experience trying to appear innovative.

Situated in a vibrant area of the Bay, the menu features a diverse array of food and drinks that feels more like a tribute to the local chefs and producers than a typical stadium offering.

Levy, the hospitality team at Levi’s Stadium, has dedicated the past year to tasting, debating, and fine-tuning their menu. Impressively, 90% of their suppliers are California-based, and they ensure that all their seafood is certified by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. Plus, all packaging is recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable.

Let’s talk about what’s available on the concourse. Classic stadium fare is given a creative twist. For instance, the Gilroy Garlic Steak Frites features seared California hanger steak resting on hand-cut fries, all infused with pepper and crunchy garlic.

Then there’s the Dungeness Crab Potacho—a decadent combination of local sweet crab piled atop Kennebec chips, all smothered in rich Petaluma white cheddar fondue.

The Chinatown Dog stands out, loaded with char-grilled beef and char siew, spiced up with Chinese mustard, Sriracha, and shredded radish. It’s like capturing the late-night vibe of Stockton Boulevard in a bun.

And don’t miss the Hammer Burger; it’s a braised bone-in beef shank served on brioche, more like a culinary challenge than just lunch.

Inside the club or suite, patrons can indulge in fresh Hog Island oysters. The short rib pastrami, smoked for 12 hours, promises to be a fan favorite.

The Super Roll Champ is a luxurious maki roll finished with A5 Wagyu beef, black osetra caviar, truffle shavings, and gold flakes—truly gourmet without any pretentiousness.

Desserts are not to be overlooked.

The San Francisco Sticky Roll embraces the local sourdough tradition, while the Fog City Frozen Irish Coffee mixes whisky, cold brew, and vanilla ice cream, finished with an It’s-It—it’s like a taste of San Francisco served cold.

The cocktail selection is equally impressive.

From a spicy Watermelon Margarita to the delightful Misty Spritz, these options are both playful and locally inspired.

Even the Fortune Cookie Martini features a chocolate-dipped cookie from the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory served alongside!

The numbers are staggering: 4,000 oysters, 1,500 pounds of Dungeness crab, 2,000 pounds of prime beef tenderloin, and a whopping 8,000 margaritas.

This Sunday, Levi’s Stadium will not only be the site of the year’s biggest game but also a food and party experience unlike any other.
