Classic James Bond actress Valerie Leon warned that the new edition of the franchise could be very different now that it has been handed over to Amazon.
Amazon shared press release On Thursday, “Amazon MGM Studios, Michael G. Wilson, and Barbara Broccoli announced today that they have formed a new joint venture to house James Bond's intellectual property rights. They also added, “The terms of the new venture.” Under Amazon MGM Studios will gain creative control of the James Bond franchise after the transaction is closed.”
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared a Reuters headline. “A longtime James Bond producer took control of Amazon and 'Who chose as the next bond?” Many X users responded with an image of English actor Henry Cavill.
Daniel Craig, the latest man who portrays a world-famous secret agent, I told variety “My respect, admiration and love for Barbara and Michael remains constant and unimagined. I hope Michael has a long, relaxed (and obviously) retirement. Some of them.”

“I think it's crazy, it's absolute crazy,” the former Bond girl said.
“We all enjoy Bond. Daniel Craig was killed in “No Time to Die.” “But of course, money was involved, and that's why Amazon took over it. But it's never going to be the same again.”
“I think it's really sad that Amazon is doing this,” she later said, but she embraced “life changes, what will happen.”
She also said, “What are the concerns? Do you think this is coming from an American writer, an American producer, perhaps even an American actor with an American actor playing James Bond? Are you lying in?
“Well, that's not a problem that worries me, because life is changing, everything moves and changes,” she said. “I just – the Bond franchise is very British and there's no more. And obviously, if they make a movie, they won't go into the cinema, they'll probably be – I don't know… everything is different now, and it's just not the same, I'm very old-fashioned anyway.”
