John Tester's former Democratic Senator accused Kamala Harris of losing his Senate seat in 2024.
The tester said, “I don't think the ticket top accepts the issues that Americans are talking about.”
The tester also said, “And the truth is, if you win even in the red or purple state, you have to be at least competitive.”

D-Mont, a former US Senator. tied the 2024 Senate loss to Kamala Harris' poor performance in the state and former president.
The tester, who lost to former Navy Azarathitum Sheehee in that race, declared in HBO's “real-time with Bill Maher” that awakened politics accepted at the top of the tickets was the fate of his performance in Montana.
“And the top of the ticket didn't play because I don't think the top of the ticket was accepting the issues that Americans were talking about,” he said. “We've been wrapped in crap with all the cancellation culture.”

“If you want to know the truth, what was the top of the ticket lost to? 30 points? And the truth is, if you win even in red or purple states, you have to at least be competitive.”
The tester lost his Senate seat to Republican Tim Sheehee.
The tester held his seat for three terms.
Republican Tim Sheehee strengthened GOP's newly acquired Senate majority, defeating three-term Democrat Sen. John Tester, featuring a record-breaking torrent on both sides in a nationally significant contest.
Sheehee, a former US Navy seal, closely aligned Donald Trump's campaign with major conservatives, portraying the tester as a corrupt Washington insider. Republicans have also pledged to deal with the southern border crisis and curb government regulations.
His victory solidifies Republican rule in Montana. There, the party now controls political offices across all states. It also reflects a wider shift towards GOP that has swept many of America's Heartlands over the past 20 years.

Tester – A medium and only farmer on the Chamber of Commerce, the Tester held statewide offices in Montana and was the last member of his party, the last Democratic senator from the North Plains area of five states. When he first took office in 2006, Democrats held six of the area's 10 Senate seats.
Even Democrats have acknowledged how bad Kamala Harris' campaign is.
