Former Nashville officer Sean Herman changes plea after being charged with groping OnlyFans model during a staged traffic stop

A former police officer from Tennessee has changed his plea in an attempt to avoid prison after being arrested for inappropriately touching OnlyFans models during a staged traffic stop. This incident, which took place while he was on duty, was part of a promotional video for an adult-themed project.

Sean Hermann, the ex-officer from Nashville, chose not to contest charges of felony misconduct during a court appearance. As a result of his new plea, the 35-year-old received a sentence of one year of supervised probation.

In addition, Hermann was granted a diversion of justice, meaning that if he successfully completes his probation, the case could be dismissed and the charges expunged from his record.

Hermann was terminated from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in May 2024 after a detective discovered that he had been featured in a raunchy video produced by a local adult star, Jordyn.

The controversial clip depicted Jordyn engaging in suggestive behavior with Hermann, in which she invited male officers to avoid tickets by showing her breasts. So, there’s that. It’s, um, pretty disconcerting for a police officer to be involved in something like this.

Although the video showed some of Hermann’s police patches, he was clearly in uniform while participating in the April 26 video shoot, which took place in a warehouse parking lot while he was on patrol.

He faced charges of official misconduct in June, later being released on a $3,000 bond. Hermann had been with the department for three years before his dismissal.

The department expressed outrage over the incident, acknowledging it as one of the most inappropriate things a police officer could do, emphasizing that it reflects poorly on all employees of the MNPD.

In August 2024, the state commission indefinitely suspended Hermann’s law enforcement certification in Tennessee, though he may seek reinstatement once his criminal case is resolved.

Jordyn mentioned that the video was initially intended for promotional, rather than exclusive content for OnlyFans, aimed at boosting engagement online.

She claimed that she and her husband had come up with the concept for the staged traffic stop and reached out to Hermann, who agreed to participate. However, after Hermann faced charges, she decided to distance herself from the video but ultimately deleted it when realizing the gravity of the situation.

Interestingly, after the incident, her subscriber numbers on OnlyFans increased significantly.

In a separate interview, Jordyn suggested that local media coverage may have triggered the investigation into Hermann, referencing the substantial view count and retweets of the video on social media around the time it caught attention.

When asked about Hermann as a person, she described him as polite and respectful, contrary to what one might expect given the circumstances.
