Former ‘Price is Right’ Producer shares protocol for contestants so excited they ‘pee their pants’

I hear a voice say, “Come on down!” “The Price is Right” will get anyone excited, and it looks like they have a plan in place just in case someone gets a little too excited.

Previously “The Price is Right” and “Jeopardy! Producer Mike Richards recently told People that production is prepared in case someone accidentally wets their pants on set.

“When I got there, they had a system in place in case someone peed in their pants,” Richards told the magazine.

He added: “I never saw it happen, but there were curtains and a hairdryer; [a] The show has to go on, so just in case, put on some sweats. ”

Other types of accidents also occurred on the set of “The Price is Right.”

Last year, a contestant named Henry dislocated his shoulder while celebrating his victory in one of the games. His wife Alice ended the show by spinning her car for him.

Henry won a trip to Hawaii in the showcase showdown, and the show’s social media post joked, “He won a trip to Hawaii and ER #PriceIsRight.”

In 2014, a contestant named Judy injured her ankle while spinning a wheel and competed in the Showcase Showdown on crutches.

Richards worked on The Price is Right before hosting was taken over from Bob Barker by Drew Carey, and has appeared on Wheel of Fortune and Let’s Make a Deal throughout his career. We have also been working on this.

The producer recently addressed his short stint as the replacement host of “Jeopardy!” After the death of Alex Trebek.
