The Capitol Riot, a former proud juvenile leader who was allowed to act on January 6, 2021, was arrested for attacks on protesters at a pardon celebration.
The video was filmed the moment Enrique Talio faced a woman with her phone shoved into her face. He responded by slapping the phone from her hand, and Capitol police officers quickly dived to arrest him.

Talio had just finished speaking at a press conference at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., when protesters approached him.

“Around 2:30pm, our officers witnessed a woman (counter protester) placing her cell phone near the man's face. “Then the officers hit the woman's phone and arm. We witnessed the woman told our officers that she wanted to be the petitioner, and the man was arrested for a simple assault.”
Talio had sentenced him to 22 years in prison for his role in the January 6th riot, but he was released after receiving a full pardon from President Donald Trump along with 1,100 other defendants. Ta.
