Former Proud Boys leader arrested for assault of protester at celebration for Jan. 6 pardons

The Capitol Riot, a former proud juvenile leader who was allowed to act on January 6, 2021, was arrested for attacks on protesters at a pardon celebration.

The video was filmed the moment Enrique Talio faced a woman with her phone shoved into her face. He responded by slapping the phone from her hand, and Capitol police officers quickly dived to arrest him.
