A woman who recently worked for an Awakening organization in Pennsylvania has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to register multiple dead and non-existent people to vote.
This year, 38-year-old Jennifer Hill New Pennsylvania Projecta far-left organization that openly advocates for “social justice” and claims that “American policing is, at its core, deeply rooted in structural and systemic racism.” The NPP bills itself as a voting rights organization and promotes voter registration efforts through: app From the Pennsylvania Department of State.
Between April and September of this year, Hill reportedly attempted to register 310 people to vote. But a whopping 129 of those applications were denied, and investigators later discovered that Hill had apparently submitted variations of the same name combining different physical and email addresses. WCAU.
“It is possible that there is just one malicious recruiter, but we need to investigate and make sure that all of those people are legitimate registrants.”
Among the 129 applications rejected were Hill's late father and a person who died at Hill's home in 2011. Mr. Hill definitely knew this person was dead. Because “she was the one who called the police to come when Mr. Hill died in his home,” Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer argued.
Hill also managed to register at least one “fraudster,” Stollsteimer said. Hill allegedly registered the person using part of his grandmother's name. No one attempted to vote in that person's name, he noted.
“We don't know how many of the other 129 unverifiable names are coined names,” Stolsteimer continued.
“Literally what this woman did was inflate the employment numbers.”
In total, Mr. Hill is suspected of attempting at least four fraudulent registrations.
Hill was arrested on Dec. 19 and charged with multiple crimes, including forgery, falsifying public records/information, and applying for registration knowing that a person is not eligible for registration. she remains in custody George W. Hill Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.
Stollsteimer said the state should investigate the entire New Pennsylvania Project organization in light of these allegations.
“While there may be just one malicious recruiter, you should investigate to make sure they are all legitimate registrants,” he said.
Kadida Kenner, CEO of the New Pennsylvania Project, told WCAU that Hill had been “suspended” while working for the NPP, and that he had been “suspended” from several positions pending an investigation into the allegations. He acknowledged that voter registration efforts have been “temporarily suspended.”
“Let me be clear, [NPP] We do not offer financial incentives or bonuses for collecting voter registration applications. There are no quotas for our employees to meet, and the hourly rate paid to our part-time solicitation employees remains the same regardless of the number of voter registration applications collected,” Kenner said.
“Thanks to the hard work of many individuals to prevent destructive actions by bad actors, our voting rolls and elections are secure and no fraudulent votes occurred,” the statement concluded. I attached it.
WCAU was unable to identify an attorney who could speak on Hill's behalf.
