Fox Corp. board member Paul Ryan said Tuesday on FNC’s “Your World” that former President Donald Trump is “unfit for office.”
“I know there are a lot of people out there who have the same concerns that you do about Donald Trump, who have voiced their support for him. You said you’re not that. You said Trump is a populist, an authoritarian narcissist. To me, that character is too important and it’s a job that requires a character trait that Trump doesn’t have. That’s pretty strong,” host Neil Cavuto asked.
“Yeah, I think so too. I agree with that. I’m not supporting Biden either. I think his policies are terrible. I hate the idea of having to field Republicans like we did last time in 2020,” Ryan said.
“I voted for him in 2016 because I was hoping to see a different type of person become president. I think character really matters. If he puts himself above the Constitution, as he has, I don’t think he’s fit to be president,” Ryan said.
