Fox News leads YouTube in October with 377 million views

FOX News Media has emerged as the leading news brand, finishing October with significant viewership numbers. According to Emplifi, their videos racked up an impressive 377 million views over six months, surpassing MSNBC’s 329 million and CNN’s 186 million.

In fact, FOX News Media’s video views outnumbered those of ABC News (130 million), NBC News (113 million), and CBS News (63 million) by a considerable margin.

Primetime viewership also favors FOX News Channel, which outperformed ABC, CBS, and NBC during weekdays throughout October.

Focusing on its 2025 platform, FOX has been successful on YouTube, with over 14.6 million subscribers to its main account. In October alone, FOX Business generated 54 million views on the platform.

Social media interactions also show FOX News in the lead, achieving 162.4 million interactions across multiple platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X. Notably, FOX NEWS DIGITAL attracted 94.1 million unique visitors in the third quarter, well ahead of ABC, NBC, and CBS.

On TikTok, FOX News saw a 12% increase in interactions year-over-year, totaling over 24 million. On Facebook, interactions jumped to 108 million—up a staggering 529% since October 2024. Additionally, there were 23.2 million interactions on Instagram and 7.1 million on X.

During October, FOX News dominated traditional television, combining numbers that outperformed both MSNBC and CNN across major metrics.

In other news, Fox has renewed the “Make Camouflage a Cause” campaign with USVETS, aiming to address veteran homelessness.

The FOX News Channel averaged 1.5 million viewers daily, far ahead of MSNBC’s 504,000 and CNN’s 388,000. During prime time, FOX News attracted an average of 2.3 million viewers, compared to MSNBC’s 815,000 and CNN’s 504,000.
