Minnesota Governor Tim Walz After his brother posted scathing comments about the Democratic vice presidential candidate on social media, he made it clear to the media that he did not support his brother's left-wing views but wanted to keep a low profile during the election.
“He's received a lot of feedback from friends and old acquaintances that he feels the same way his brother does on this issue and he wanted to make that clear just to friends,” said Jeff Waltz, Tim Waltz's brother. This week on News Nation“I used Facebook, which was not the right platform to do so, but I will say I don't agree with his policy.”
Over Labor Day weekend, reports emerged that Jeff did not agree with the policies of the left-leaning Democratic Minnesota governor and was letting friends and family know his opinions on his Facebook account. As media outlets reported on his social media posts over the holiday weekend, Jeff and the Harris campaign remained silent.
