Migrants sleeping on floors at Boston’s Logan International Airport will soon be barred from doing so, and Massachusetts officials are telling migrants currently at the southern border that they are running out of space in the shelter system.

More than 100 migrants are using the facility as a shelter. Boston’s main airports They have been sleeping on makeshift beds and air mattresses, but starting July 9, that will be banned and they will instead be provided with free, taxpayer-funded accommodations in a former minimum-security dormitory-like facility in Norfolk, Gov. Maura Healey announced Friday.
