Co-Stars Spotted Together in Paris After Love Life Questions
Conor Storey and Francois Arnault, the co-stars of “Rivals,” were recently seen in Paris, just after Arnault had dismissed inquiries about his love life.
The two were spotted leaving a party during Paris Fashion Week, looking quite fashionable. Storey, 25, sported dark jeans, a white T-shirt, and a brown leather jacket with a shearling collar, complemented by black boots. Arnault, 40, took a more formal approach with a burgundy coat over a blue sweater, tailored trousers, and brown boots.
This sighting follows Arnault’s recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” where he was quite direct with host Andy Cohen, who pressed him about his relationship status. When Cohen asked if he was single, Arnault curtly responded, “I don’t have any business with you.” This bold remark drew some laughs from the audience.
There have been whispers about a potential romance between Storey and Arnault, especially after they were seen together at JFK Airport earlier this month, along with an appearance together at the premiere of “Is This Thing On?” in Los Angeles.
Amidst all this, Arnault addressed the online negativity aimed at Storey from some fans, who have expressed a desire for her to be in a relationship with Hudson Williams, who plays her on-screen love interest. He explained that “Heated Rivals” revolves around two rival hockey players who have been secretly dating for over a decade, highlighting their evolving feelings. Arnault portrays Scott Hunter, another player whose own love story significantly impacts the main characters.
Despite the harassment directed at Storey, Arnault expressed that, overall, fan reactions have been positive. He reflected on the disconnect some fans have regarding fiction versus reality, noting, “I think there are many young fans who don’t really understand the difference.” He also mentioned the extreme reactions, including threats.
Earlier, fans noticed that Arnault unfollowed his co-stars on social media, including Storey and Williams, only to re-follow them later. He made a statement about not letting negativity take over, which some interpreted as his way of addressing the situation.
Arnault concluded by wishing those critics would rewatch the show to grasp its message more thoroughly, saying, “Did we watch the same show?” He apparently shared a composite image on social media featuring himself and Williams and turned off comments, with a caption that hinted at learning from the best.
