The Rev. Franklin Graham praised the football players for their love of Jesus Christ after about 2,000 people turned out for an event for them.
“Amazing! We need more news like this!” Ohio State Football “Players hosted 'Invitation to Jesus' events on campus, sharing the life-changing truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ,” Graham said. Written in a social media post on Saturday.
“Nearly 2,000 people attended on Sunday night and dozens were baptized. We thank God for every heart that was changed!” he added.

Former Ohio State University (OSU) football player, Camryn Babb said It all started with a few athletes and an on-campus service, but then churches and hundreds of students joined the effort, according to Fox 28. He and other players, Treveion Henderson, Emeka Egbuka and JT Tuimoloau, led the worship service.
“There is so much negativity in the news and on social media so we are so grateful that God has allowed us to use this platform to bring glory to Him,” Babu added.
Video footage show The service continued until the sun went down, with young people gathering on the grassy field and some watching from the windows of nearby buildings.

Participants prayed, played worship music and handed out Bibles, according to Breitbart News.
Former Ohio State running back Masters W. Teague III spoke to Fox News about the incident: Commented About what people around the world are looking for.
“Everybody is looking for peace. Everybody is looking for joy. Everybody is looking for meaning and purpose… but they're looking in the wrong places. Jesus is the answer and we want to share it,” he said.

Social media users were flooded with positive responses to Graham's post, write“What a wonderful blessing for new believers! I agree.
