Full NFL predictions, picks for entire Week 2 slate

The Post's Eric Richter predicts Sunday and Monday's Week 2 NFL games.

Sunday

Browns (+3) vs. Jaguars

Jacksonville has actually been very friendly towards Deshaun Watson as most of the Jaguars fans are Clemson fans.

Trevor Lawrence is benefiting from this, but they also just lost to Miami, who had a terrible showing against Buffalo on Thursday.

This line seems overstated because Watson was so bad in Week 1.

At worst, the outcome is uncertain. Root for the Browns defense. They will definitely win.

Saints (+6) vs. Cowboys

Two great teams in Week 1. New Orleans blasted Carolina and Dallas put Watson one step closer to the unemployment line.

We don't like Dennis Allen, but we also don't like Dallas being a six-point favorite.

Dallas has the sixth-worst rated run defense according to Pro Football Focus and will be facing one of the league's best offensive lines.

New Orleans wins.

Ravens (-8.5) vs. Raiders

A mix of coaching discord and elite player anger gave Ravens players plenty to talk about after the loss to Kansas City.

Baltimore has a clear advantage on the offensive line, at quarterback and with all the weapons.

Neither defense is elite, but Las Vegas is without its best player, Tyree Wilson.

The Raiders allowed 176 rushing yards last week alone.

Giants (+2) vs. Commanders

If Daniel Jones was to put up gaudy numbers any week this season, it would come against the Commanders, where he made Baker Mayfield look like Johnny Unitas.

Jones is 5-1-1 all-time against Washington, averaging 215.7 passing yards with 10 touchdown passes and three interceptions.

He's comfortable in Washington, which is much more than can be said for New Jersey.

Jets (-3.5) vs. Titans

With Revis versus Aaron Rodgers, would the defense have the advantage against the four-point spread?

The Jets will get better offensively as the season progresses, and that will likely start with Rodgers staying comfortable in his Nashville mansion.

Revis was the third-worst quarterback in Week 1, according to PFF.

This is an overreaction. The Jets lost to a Super Bowl contender on the road in Week 1. The Titans are nowhere near that.

Chargers (-5) vs. Panthers

The line initially was Chargers -7, but smart bettors have lowered it to five.

If it was still 7 o'clock, I would be in the Carolinas.

But with the Chargers' obsession with stopping the run game, it's impossible to bet on the Panthers.

Jim Harbaugh's team ranked second in run defense last week, according to PFF.

If Bryce Young doesn't have a run game, it's a death sentence.

Harbaugh is not a good enough coach to lose to Carolina.

49ers (-5) vs. Vikings

The Giants have made Sam Darnold look like the quarterback they were expected to be out of USC.

San Francisco is a whole other world.

Minnesota played impressively against the Giants, but still ranks as the fourth-worst offensive line.

If Nick Bosa plays as expected, the 49ers will win.

The Vikings allowed the seventh-most pressures last week (13).

Seahawks (-3.5) vs. Patriots

It's hard to dislike Jacoby Brissett, one of the NFL's best backup quarterbacks.

The differences between him and Geno Smith aren't dramatic.

One thing to consider about this handicap is the Bengals' utter unwillingness to run the ball last week.

Don't expect Seattle to do that, as they swatted the ball 23 times in Week 1, the third-most in the game.

New England allowed the sixth-most yards per carry (6.1) last week.

Running backs Zach Charbonnet and Kenneth Walker are fine.

Colts (-3) vs. Packers

Malik Willis appears to be the starter for Green Bay.

This is where Matt LaFleur will realize that free agent Ryan Tannehill should play quarterback while Jordan Love is out with an injury.

Willis is one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL and should go down this weekend.

The spread between Love and Willis moved by six points, but that's fair.

Indianapolis will come out of the game with clearly the best run-blocking unit in the NFL, according to PFF.

Buccaneers (+7.5) vs. Lions

Detroit was saved by a couple of bad Rams possessions in the red zone on “Sunday Night Football.”

The Lions should have lost in Week 1 and are likely to lose in Week 2 against the powerful Buccaneers.

Mike Evans and Chris Godwin should be able to overcome a Lions defense that only allowed 75 percent pass-catching, fourth-worst in the league.

Rams (+1.5) vs. Cardinals

This line really should be replaced, even without Puka Nacua in the starting lineup.

Los Angeles didn't lose Sunday's game in overtime, they lost it before Week 1 due to injuries on the offensive line.

Rob Havenstein is set to return in Week 2 along with the other two starters, which should give the Rams a big boost this week.

The Rams will likely win easily against a weak Cardinals defense.

Chiefs (-6) vs. Bengals

Tee Higgins and Joe Burrow don't look healthy. That's bad.

Over the past few years, the Bengals have relied on the defense and Joe Mixon to help Burrow make key plays.

The defense hasn't played to its full potential, and Mixon has been turning heads in Houston.

Key players are starting to become liabilities and disaster seems looming in Cincinnati.

Steelers (-2.5) vs. Broncos

Mile High isn't a fun place to play, but the Steelers have enough battle experience to make a bet this weekend.

Bo Nix threw for 138 yards and two interceptions last week against Seattle.

Here's the statistic for today: Mike Tomlin is 24-6 against rookie quarterbacks since 2007.

The Knicks lose to Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Texans (-6.5) vs. Bears

Chicago actually gets some respect here, even though they probably would have easily lost to the Titans if Revis hadn't thrown one of the worst passes in NFL history.

Houston is one of the better teams in the league, and the Bears defense has looked improved, but it's hard to tell if that's simply due to Revis's poor performance.

The Texans should win this game by more than a touchdown, especially if receivers Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze don't play.

Do you bet on the NFL?

Falcons (+7) vs. Eagles

It's an overreaction. Atlanta didn't perform well in Week 1, but that doesn't mean they should be so bad.

Expect the Falcons to bring in their weapons, as Drake London and Bijan Robinson need more touches.

Atlanta's run defense allowed just 3.5 yards per carry on 25 handoffs against the Steelers.

They could slow down Saquon Barkley and win it all on Monday night.

last week: 5-9
