On Thursday, a law enforcement officer rammed a demonstrator during an anti-Israel demonstration at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
video clip show FOX 5 journalist Billy Heath said a large crowd of people gathered, some running, as Georgia State Patrol officers chased the person and threw themselves at him.
“This is one of the first arrests against many people, and several protesters were arrested on campus today,” Heath wrote.

The news comes as young people are protesting the war between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamas.
Approximately 28 people were arrested Thursday at the scene where Atlanta police, Emory campus staff and law enforcement officers responded to the demonstration, according to WSB-TV. report on friday.
“The Georgia Department of Public Safety issued a statement Thursday night at 8:30 a.m. that the Emory Police Department and Atlanta Police Department requested DPS assistance regarding a protest at Emory University,” the paper said.

“Georgia State Police and motor carrier officers responded to quell the protest, but said they encountered protesters throwing bottles and attempting to leave.”
additional video footage show Tents were set up on campus, and a sign reading “Gaza Solidarity Encampment” was hung between the two tents.
FOX 5 reported that officers fired pepper spray and used Tasers on some protesters, some of whom were “taken away and detained,” a reporter for the station said.
“You’re hurting me! Whoa! Let me go!” one protester yelled as officers moved him away from the department’s cameras.
In Boston, Massachusetts, police on Saturday arrested about 100 protesters at another anti-Israel camp set up at Northeastern University, Breitbart News reported.
Meanwhile, Liberty University students gathered on the campus lawn in Lynchburg, Virginia, on Wednesday to worship God as anti-Israel protests intensified at universities across the country, according to Breitbart News.
