Gabbard files a criminal complaint with the DOJ regarding the Obama administration's 'Made-up' Russian collusion scandal

The Department of Justice has reported receiving documents from Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence. These documents are linked to a criminal referral involving officials from the Obama administration, who are accused of fabricating the narrative that Russia colluded with Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

Gabbard’s findings suggest that officials from the Obama administration engaged in what she describes as a “treasonous conspiracy” by manipulating intelligence and creating a false narrative about Russian interference aimed at undermining Trump’s presidency.

“We released over 100 documents on Friday that really detail the evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama mere weeks before he left office, after Trump had already been elected. This isn’t just a Democrat or Republican issue; it’s one that should concern all Americans as it questions the integrity of our democracy,” Gabbard stated.

She added, “The implications of this are frankly nothing short of historic.”

Gabbard announced the document release on Friday, highlighting that “Americans will finally learn the truth about how, in 2016, intelligence was politicized and weaponized by powerful figures in the Obama Administration to orchestrate what was, in effect, a years-long coup against President Trump.”

She elaborated on her initial post, explaining that, prior to the 2016 election, “the Intelligence Community shared a consensus that Russia lacked both the intent and capability to hack U.S. elections.”

“On December 8, 2016, officials prepared an assessment for the President’s Daily Brief, concluding that Russia ‘did not impact recent U.S. election results’ through cyber attacks. However, this assessment was abruptly withdrawn before reaching the President, based on new guidance, and was never published,” she noted.

Gabbard went on to describe a meeting featuring then-FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and President Obama.

“Obama instructed the Intelligence Community to develop a new assessment that detailed Russian election meddling, despite it contradicting prior assessments released in the months leading up,” Gabbard detailed.

“On January 6, 2017, just days before Trump took office, Clapper revealed the Obama-directed assessment, which reflected a severe politicization of intelligence, laying the groundwork for a coup to undermine Trump’s presidency. We know, from whistleblower emails shared with us, that Clapper and Brennan relied on the discredited Steele Dossier to support this false narrative,” she added.

“These documents illustrate a treasonous conspiracy by high-ranking officials in the Obama White House aimed at subverting the will of the American people and thwarting the President’s mandate,” Gabbard emphasized.

The Department of Justice, under Attorney General Pam Bondi, is now expected to examine Gabbard’s findings to determine if any charges should be brought against those implicated in the alleged conspiracy.
