Adult film actor Justin Heath Smith, known by his stage name “Austin Wolf,” has been arrested in New York and charged with distribution of child pornography, the FBI announced.

“Justin Heath Smith allegedly received and distributed hundreds of recordings containing child pornography, including horrifying videos of young children being bound, beaten and raped,” Williams said. Said“The investigation into Smith is ongoing and we ask that anyone with information regarding Smith’s actions call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI. Along with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue criminals who victimize children and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.”
“Let’s be clear: those who distribute child sexual abuse imagery prey on some of the most vulnerable in our society,” FBI Deputy Director James Smith said. “Each image is a crime scene, leaving permanent scars on innocent victims. The FBI will relentlessly pursue these perpetrators. We will track them down, arrest them, and ensure they are brought to justice for the harm they cause.”
Prosecutors allege that in March, the gay film actor used an anonymous Telegram account to exchange hundreds of child pornography videos with another person who was also arrested.
After his counterpart’s arrest, the FBI began communicating with the actor through his Telegram account, at one point persuading Smith to identify himself, putting the 43-year-old actor at the center of further investigation.
The FBI eventually obtained a search warrant for Smith’s Manhattan apartment, where they allege they found electronic data including hundreds of child pornography videos.
According to an FBI press release, Smith was charged with distribution and receipt of child pornography, which carries a minimum sentence of five years in prison if convicted, but a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. He was also charged with a second count of possession of child pornography, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
One of the videos, titled “10-Year-Old Gay Boy Bound and Raped by Adult,” shows a child being beaten, bound and raped by an adult man, according to documents provided by the Department of Justice.
Wolf is scheduled to appear before U.S. District Judge Robin F. Tarnowski in a Manhattan court on Friday.
Wolf is a popular figure in the LGBTQ community. InstagramComments have been turned off on his social media, but it’s unclear exactly when that change happened.
One of his most explicit posts came last week when he posted a sex video to X titled, “Have you seen what happens to those boys who follow me into the locker room?”
The video shows Wolf having sex in a shower with a man who appears to be about half his size and very young. The post was made public on Wolf’s X account, embedded The video is off.
