Actress Hayley Prus is filing a civil lawsuit for allegedly crashing her car into another vehicle while under the influence.

Pross, best known for her role as Molly Lansing on “General Hospital,” was charged in April last year with a felony charge of driving under the influence. Although the criminal case is ongoing, the soap opera star claims in new documents obtained by Fox News Digital that he is not liable to pay damages in the civil suit.

At approximately 1:20 a.m. on April 29, 2023, the Prus collided with the vehicle of plaintiff Courtney Wilder, who was driving the wrong way on a freeway in Pasadena, California. “He sustained severe and long-term injuries that required extensive surgery and treatment, and will continue to require treatment,” Wilder said in his lawsuit. In a separate defense, Ms. Prus and her attorney argued that Mr. Wilder lacked the “legal capacity” to sue her. Another claim says the treatment Wilder received after the incident was “unreasonable and unnecessary.”
