Genosmith is reportedly switching from the Seahawks uniforms to Raiders Silver and Black next season.
Multiple reports surfaced on Friday that Seattle agreed to trade the 34-year-old quarterback for Las Vegas.
The Raiders sent the Seahawks a third pick in next month's NFL Draft in exchange for Smith, ESPN reported.
The deal concludes Smith's six-year run with the Seahawks. He was the major starter of three of those seasons and won two Pro Bowl honors.

Smith took him to social media shortly after discovering that his name was linked to the blockbuster trade report.
“God is the biggest! I'm excited to work and win. The moment is now.” Smith wrote x.
Smith threw for 4,320 yards and 21 touchdowns last season with 15 yards interceptions. When Las Vegas opens its season, even if the club chooses a quarterback in next month's draft, becoming a starter will be a clear favourite.
The Seahawks shift their “main focus” to QB Samdarnold. Interest is “mutual”.
With the Raiders holding their sixth pick, it's unlikely that the team will be in a position to choose Miami's standout Cam Ward or former Colorado star Chedure Sanders.

The Raiders were also able to decide to take quarterbacks late in the draft, such as Jalen Millow. Or you can tell the quarterback perfectly and go to the quarterback room, which includes Smith and Aidan O'Connell.

The Raiders finished 4-13 last season, leading to the departure of manager Antonio Pierce and general manager Tom Telesco. Pete Carroll, who coached Smith in Seattle, was named the Raiders' new head coach in January.

The Smith deal is the latest in a string of notable moves the Raiders have made this offseason. Earlier this week, defensive end Max Crosby won the richest non-quarterly contract in league history.
He received a three-year extension worth $106.5 million with a $91.5 million guarantee to remain in Las Vegas throughout the 2029 season.
