The Red Tape Rollback Act targets bureaucratic creep by enforcing accountability and transparency across Georgia government.
This law requires all state agencies to complete a top-to-bottom review of all agency rules and regulations every four years, to explain the economic impact of all proposed rules, and to ensure that no major rules are proposed. will require an economic report to be provided to the General Assembly. State agencies will be directed to reduce compliance and documentation burdens for small businesses.
