NEW ORLEANS – Sorry, I'm a Giants fan, but Malik Narvers is not looking to recruit free agent Tee Higgins to New York over a recent three-way call with his recent friend Isaiah Simmons. I didn't.
But don't rule out the future, especially as Higgins and Simmons remain tight, as former Clemson teammates and Simmons were the Giants' closest friends during their rookie electric debut.
“I mean, I could,” Nabels laughed at the post. “But I don't know how convincing I am.”
Higgins could potentially lead $30 million per season and could be the number one option for most teams if they refuse to pair with the Bengals' Jammer Chase.
Nabers dominate the Giants' ball – Chase (175) only had an NFL target than NABERS (170), but shared a target with another 100 catch caliber receiver on the outside, and his own dynamic Open to the idea of forming a duo like Chase-Higgins, Dolphins' Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle and The Eagles 'AJ Brown and Devonta Smith.
Darius Slayton is unlikely to return as a free agent. Because linebacker Simmons is also valuable. Whether slot receiver Wan'dale Robinson (140 targets) appears as the second or third target will become clear through movement.
“I want another guy on the other side, especially a veteran guy I can learn,” Narvers said. “It's amazing to try and get someone at that level to play with us, someone who can take everyone who's watching me.
Nabers was in the Super Bowl 2025 radio queue at his Louisiana home state on Thursday, promoting Popeyeth as a “official wing of football” and a new Gameday bundle for $24.99.

Despite feeling a long way to go for the Giants, it left me hungry to reach the big game on my own (3-14).
“It would have been an honor to play with this. “I want to enter the season and create a better season next year. I was excited to see the guy coming to our locker room. Hopefully we will get good people with great thinking and create a culture.”
One problem the Giants have when they're pitching receivers: Who's throwing the ball?
The prediction is that the Giants sign a veteran quarterback and add a draft pick, with either Chedure Sanders or Come Ward going to land in the top three.
“I'm paying attention to it with hawk eyes,” Narvers said. “[The Giants] It keeps me in the loop, no matter who I like. They always ask me such questions. When I see [Sanders and Ward]I choose what I like about both of them and go back and tell them. ”
Nabers was the offensive Rookie of the Year Thursday finalist alongside Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and Jaguars receiver Brian Thomas Jr.
“We've always had that competitive mindset with each other,” Narvers said. “To see all three of us here means we did an amazing job.”
While appearing on Pro Football Talk Live, Nabers ranked himself as LSU's No. 1 active receiver ahead of Thomas, Chase and 2022 offensive player Justin Jefferson.
“I can't put myself under those guys,” Narvers said. “We're competing, so I have to put myself on top of them.”
