Giants players give Brian Daboll high marks in NFLPA survey

how much? Well, according to that, NFL Players Association latest survey It was announced Wednesday that 100 percent of Giants players feel Daboll is using his time efficiently. This is the league’s highest score in that category.

Daboll ranks 13th in the league as far as players feel “very willing to listen to the locker room.”

His overall grade was an A-minus, ranking him 13th among his peers.

Now, former Giants defensive coordinator Wink Martindale did not participate in this survey, but there is no doubt that his evaluation of the former manager would not have been as positive.

Martindale worked at Daboll for just two years and is now at the University of Michigan.

His issues with Daboll’s treatment of the coaching staff are not shared by how the players feel about the way their head coach is treated.

In this annual survey, released before free agents have to decide where they will play next season, the Players Association surveyed 1,706 players and asked them to play in 11 different categories. I asked for information about the team.

The Giants finished 8th out of 32 teams.

Daboll and general manager Joe Schon will take over in 2022, and the Giants finished eighth in the survey in their first year. This high performance was maintained in the second year as well.

The Giants’ survey was particularly kind to Ronnie Burns, also senior vice president of medical services and longtime head trainer, who said 96% of players received the appropriate amount of one-on-one treatment. It ranks No. 1 in the NFL.

The lowest grade was C for family treatment. The Giants offer child care on game days, but are one of 12 teams that do not offer family rooms on game days.

Giants players almost unanimously dislike the playing surface at MetLife Stadium. This is a typical sentiment across the league, with 92 percent of players hating playing on synthetic surfaces.

Giants players are especially happy about team travel. The Giants do not require players to have roommates on the road, and 94 percent of players are satisfied with their personal space on the plane.
