Giants prepared for everything in slowed-down practice

Observations from Giants training camp on Thursday.

Like good neighbors

Watch Malik Neighbors Running around the field for the first time since his ankle sprain means the dynamic rookie wide receiver is recovering quickly, which bodes well for him and the Giants.

Because of the cards, this was a slowed-down version of practice in preparation for Saturday’s game at Houston.

Scout team players wore red jerseys modeled after Stefon Diggs, Tank Dell and Nico Collins.

It caught my eye

During the team workout in the second half of practice, Alicia Keys’ “Empire State of Mind” rang out louder than usual.

The starting offensive line is on the field and ready to roar with the crowd this weekend on the road against the Texans.
