The team has signed running back Devin Singletary to a three-year, $16.5 million contract that could go up to $19.5 million, ESPN.com reported.
Barkley announced on Monday that he plans to sign with the Eagles after spending his first six seasons with the Giants.

Singletary, 26, started his career with the Bills and played four years before signing with the Texans last offseason.
The agile Singletary, 5-foot-7 and 203 pounds, took over the starting role from Dameon Pierce and ran for a career-high 898 yards with Houston.
He has 175 catches in five seasons and is also a receiving threat.
