Gisele Bündchen Spotted Paddleboarding After Welcoming Third Child
Gisele Bündchen recently made a public appearance a few months after the birth of her third child. She was seen paddleboarding off the coast of Surfside, Florida, last weekend, dressed in a white one-piece swimsuit, complemented by a brown visor and oversized sunglasses.
In several photos, she appeared to be enjoying herself, smiling as she glided across the water. This outing took place after she welcomed her first child with Jiu-Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in February. Their relationship reportedly began in 2022, following her divorce from NFL star Tom Brady.
In a conversation with Vogue France, Bündchen reflected on how life has changed with the arrival of her new baby. She admitted, “It’s a bit different, you know.” She shared a light-hearted take on her beauty routine, acknowledging, “I’ve barely brushed my hair in the last few months because the nights are so short with my baby!”

Despite the challenges, Bündchen remained positive, mentioning that now her baby sleeps through the night. “Now that my little one is asleep all night, I’m back in control,” she noted, emphasizing how sleep—or the lack of it—can dramatically affect a new mother’s life.
She also appeared on the cover of the June/July issue of Vogue France, expressing, “I feel more comfortable with my skin and a clearer understanding of my priorities. I am grateful for where I am; it feels like a victory.” Her favorite moments, she mentioned, revolve around spending time at home with her three kids, including her two older children, Benjamin and Vivian, whom she shares with Brady.
Bündchen revealed that after her Vogue shoot, she was particularly looking forward to embracing her role as a mother again. Valente first came into her life as a jiujitsu instructor for her son Benny, a connection that grew from a friend’s introduction to the Valente Brothers Academy. Initially, she hoped he’d find the sport interesting.
She began jiu-jitsu herself in December 2021 and was surprised to learn there was more to it than just self-defense. Over time, her relationship with Valente transitioned from a teacher-student dynamic into a friendship, and eventually, it blossomed into something romantic in June 2023.
Those familiar with Valente describe him as intelligent, caring, and humorous—a good man who loves children. The pair’s relationship came to light after Bündchen’s divorce from Brady, which was publicly announced on Instagram in October 2022. In those posts, both expressed gratitude for their time together while acknowledging the challenges of their decision to part ways.
