Gisele Bundchen is urging her followers to make positive daily choices to change their lives for the better following pregnancy news and shocking divorce from Tom Brady.
On Nov. 21, Bundchen shared a photo of herself sitting on a dock, eyes closed, holding a cup and looking up at the sky.
“There is no guide in life, no perfect roadmap to follow. But remember everything you are. It's a choice. Feeling good, staying healthy, and cultivating a positive mindset are in your own hands. It’s a daily choice you can commit to.”

In October, Fox News Digital confirmed that Bundchen, 44, is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Joaquin Valente.

Bundchen has two children with her ex-husband, former NFL champion quarterback Tom Brady. The former couple finalized their divorce in October 2022.

Bundchen began dating the jiu-jitsu instructor in June 2023, about seven months after her divorce from Brady was finalized.
Their new baby will join son Benjamin Lane, 14, and daughter Vivian Lake, 11, who she co-parented with Brady.

Brady is also the father of son John Edward Thomas, 17, with ex-husband Bridget Moynahan.
